岗位职责：
1.跟踪生产效率、设备生产率等核心生产指标，制定改善落地与长效改善；
2.负责现场生产作业工时分析，编制标准作业说明书；完成车间日常数据统计、报表汇总。
3.对接工艺、研发部门，落实图纸、BOM变更，跟进样机试制、工序优化，同步整改现场结构、加工类问题；
4.协助部门主管完成日常相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科类相关专业；
2.具有较强的项目管理及数据分析能力；
3.思维逻辑严谨,有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力,抗压能力强。


Job Responsibilities

Track core production indicators including production efficiency and equipment productivity, formulate and implement improvement solutions, and establish long-term optimization mechanisms.
Conduct working hour analysis for on-site production operations, compile standard operating procedures (SOP), and complete daily workshop data statistics and report summarization.
Cooperate with process and R&D departments to implement drawings and BOM changes, follow up prototype trial production and process optimization, and rectify on-site structural and processing problems in a timely manner.
Assist department supervisors with daily administrative and operational work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in science and engineering related disciplines.
Strong capabilities in project management and data analysis.
Rigorous logical thinking, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and great pressure resistance. 公司简要介绍：
