岗位职责：
1、协助主办律师办理诉讼及仲裁案件，完成案件材料的分类整理、证据清单制作及关键信息摘要。
2、针对案件争议焦点开展法律法规与司法案例检索，起草法律分析意见，为案件策略制定提供基础支持。
3、负责结案卷宗的整理与归档，制作案件小结及典型案例分析报告，形成知识沉淀。
4、完成带教律师交办的其他诉讼辅助工作，包括文书校对、流程跟进及相关部门沟通协调。
任职要求：
1、2027届硕士及以上学历，法学相关专业，具备扎实的法律基础知识。
2、工作细致、责任心强，能耐心处理文档整理等事务性工作。
3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和书面表达能力，能清晰记录修改意见和风险提示。
4、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本法律检索能力；善于借助AI工具提升日常办公效率。


Job Responsibilities

Assist lead lawyers in handling litigation and arbitration cases, sort and categorize case materials, prepare evidence lists and summaries of key information.
Conduct research on laws, regulations and judicial precedents targeting the core disputed issues of cases, draft legal analysis opinions to provide fundamental support for case strategy formulation.
Organize and file closed case dossiers, prepare case summaries and analytical reports on typical cases to realize knowledge accumulation.
Complete other litigation support tasks assigned by supervising lawyers, including legal document proofreading, procedure follow-up, and communication and coordination with relevant departments.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Law with solid foundational legal knowledge.
Meticulous and highly responsible, with the patience to handle administrative work such as document arrangement.
Possess sound logical analysis and written communication skills; capable of clearly recording revision comments and risk warnings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; equipped with basic legal research capabilities; adept at utilizing AI tools to improve daily work efficiency. 公司简要介绍：
