岗位职责 ：
1、协助制定与实施产品线知识产权战略，参与专利挖掘与布局工作，协助构建高价值专利包。
2、协助专利风险排查与规避，参与FTO分析、专利稳定性分析、侵权对比分析及规避设计等专项工作。
3、协助开展行业及竞争对手专利情报分析，监控竞争对手布局动态，整理分析报告。
4、协助知识产权日常管理，包括期限与费用管理、专利台账编制，及协助处理领导交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
1、2027届本科及以上学历，同时具备法学/知识产权和工科双重专业背景。
2、了解专利、商标、著作权等基础知识，对知识产权申请流程有基本认知。
3、工作细致严谨，有耐心，善于高质量完成专利文档整理、信息核对及台账维护等事务性工作。
4、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本法律检索能力；善于借助AI工具提升日常办公效率。


ob Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and implementing intellectual property strategies for product lines, participate in patent mining and portfolio planning, and support the development of high-value patent portfolios.
Support patent risk investigation and avoidance; take part in special projects including FTO analysis, patent validity analysis, infringement comparison analysis and design-around.
Assist in patent intelligence analysis of the industry and competitors, monitor competitors’ IP deployment trends, and compile analytical reports.
Support daily intellectual property administration, including deadline and fee management, maintenance of patent ledgers, and complete other assignments arranged by management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Candidates with dual academic backgrounds in Law/Intellectual Property and Engineering are preferred.
Basic knowledge of patents, trademarks, copyrights and other IP rights; fundamental understanding of IP application procedures.
Meticulous, rigorous and patient; capable of delivering high-quality work on patent document sorting, information verification, ledger maintenance and other administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; possess basic legal research capabilities; able to leverage AI tools to improve daily work efficiency. 公司简要介绍：
