岗位职责：
1、协助处理日常合同审核工作，包括合同文本的初步审阅、条款标注、风险点梳理及基础信息核对。
2、协助跟踪法规政策动态，收集、整理与公司业务相关的法律法规及行业规范。
3、支持合规部门完成基础法律检索、案例查询及简单法律分析报告的撰写。
4、完成上级交办的法务辅助事务，包括流程跟进、文档校验及跨部门沟通协调等支持性工作。
任职要求：
1、2027届硕士及以上学历，法学相关专业，具备扎实的法律基础知识。
2、工作细致、责任心强，能耐心处理文档整理等事务性工作。
3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和书面表达能力，能清晰记录修改意见和风险提示。
4、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本法律检索能力；善于借助AI工具提升日常办公效率。


Job Responsibilities

Assist with daily contract review, including preliminary examination of contract drafts, marking of clauses, identification of legal risks and verification of basic information.
Help track updates of laws, regulations and policies; collect and organize laws, regulations and industrial norms relevant to the company’s business.
Support the compliance team in basic legal research, case retrieval and drafting of preliminary legal analysis reports.
Complete other legal support assignments arranged by supervisors, including process follow-up, document verification, cross-department communication and coordination, and other supportive work.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Law with solid foundational legal knowledge.
Meticulous and highly responsible, capable of patiently handling administrative work such as document organization.
Possess strong logical analysis and written expression skills; able to clearly record revision suggestions and risk alerts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; equipped with basic legal research capabilities; adept at leveraging AI tools to boost daily work efficiency. 公司简要介绍：
