岗位职责：
1、参与公司后端系统的设计、开发与维护，协助完成模块设计和编码实现
2、学习并运用 Java 技术栈进行应用开发，编写规范、高效的代码
3、协助进行系统功能测试和问题修复，确保系统稳定运行
4、参与技术文档的编写和维护，积累开发经验
5、学习并掌握公司业务逻辑，将业务需求转化为技术实现
6、跟随团队进行技术研究和技术分享，持续提升自身技术能力
岗位要求：
1、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、掌握 Java 基础语法，理解面向对象编程思想，基础扎实；
3、了解常用数据结构与算法，具备基本的编程思维；
4、了解 MySQL 等关系型数据库的基本操作和 SQL 语句；
5、具备良好的学习能力和解决问题的能力；
6、具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；
7、有良好的沟通能力和表达能力；
8、在校期间有相关编程项目经验者优先。
9、了解 Spring Boot等开发框架者优先。


Job Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development and maintenance of the company's back-end systems, and assist in module design and coding implementation.
Learn and adopt Java technology stack for application development, and write standardized and efficient code.
Assist in system function testing and bug fixing to guarantee stable system operation.
Take part in drafting and maintaining technical documents to accumulate development experience.
Learn and understand the company’s business logic, and convert business requirements into technical implementations.
Conduct technical research and knowledge sharing within the team to continuously improve professional capabilities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Master basic Java syntax, understand object-oriented programming with solid fundamentals.
Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, equipped with basic programming thinking.
Grasp basic operations and SQL statements of relational databases such as MySQL.
Strong learning ability and problem-solving capability.
High sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidates with relevant programming project experience during university are preferred.
