岗位职责：
1、协助海外客户及重要外宾的日常接待工作，参与讲解、翻译等接待流程，学习商务接待规范。
2、协助接待会议室预订、环境布置、设备调试及会中服务，保障接待体验顺畅。
3、协助园区及展厅参观讲解准备与执行，参与会务及餐饮接待支持。
4、协助上级完成临时交办任务，参与公司国际活动及跨文化沟通协调工作。
任职要求：
1、2027届本科及以上学历，英语、翻译、酒店管理、旅游管理、国贸等专业优先。
2、英语六级或同等水平，具备良好英语口语交流能力，有小语种能力者加分；熟悉基本办公软件。
3、形象气质良好，普通话标准，具备亲和力与基础服务意识。
4、积极主动，责任心与沟通能力良好，具备较强适应性与学习意愿，愿意接受跨文化环境挑战。

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in daily reception for overseas clients and foreign guests, participate in site introduction and on-site translation, and learn standard business reception procedures.
2. Support meeting arrangements including meeting room booking, on-site layout, equipment debugging and on-site service to ensure smooth and professional reception experience.
3. Assist in preparation and on-site execution for factory and exhibition hall visits, and provide support for conference arrangement and business catering reception.
4. Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors, and participate in company international events and cross-cultural communication and coordination work.


Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027. Majors in English, Translation, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, International Trade and other related fields are preferred.
2. CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency with good oral English skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus. Familiar with basic office software operation.
3. Neat professional appearance with standard Mandarin pronunciation, easy-going personality and basic service awareness.
4. Proactive and responsible with good communication skills, strong adaptability and willingness to learn, and able to adapt to cross-cultural working environments. 公司简要介绍：
