岗位职责：
1、智能装备产品电气系统设计开发、改进提升；
2、智能装备控制系统软件、硬件相关的技术研发；
3、对产品销售和售后的支持和服务；
4、相关产品电气系统生产和市场反馈问题的处理。
任职要求：
1、大学硕士及以上学历，电气工程、控制工程、机械电子、人工智能、机器人等相关专业；
2、熟悉电气系统硬件的设计，熟练掌握CAD或者eplan电气原理图绘制；
3、熟悉组态、PLC、CodeSys等相关编程软件的使用；
4、熟悉TCP/IP，Modus RTU，CAN总线，232/485等常用的通讯方式；
5、责任心强，工作认真细致，具有较强的组织协调能力，良好的执行力和沟通协调能力。
6、有机器人控制相关经验优先；
7、有C#相关开发经验的优先。


底盘方向
岗位职责：
1、负责新能源专用车底盘三电系统（电池/电机/电控）选型与匹配设计；
2、对接底盘供应商，制定新能源底盘技术规格与接口标准；
3、参与底盘线控化改造技术方案（线控转向/制动/驱动）制定与实施；
4、配合各产品线完成新能源底盘与上装的系统集成与调试。1、统招2027届硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业；
任职要求：
1、2027届硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、了解新能源汽车三电系统基本原理，熟悉电池/电机/电控至少一个方向；
3、了解商用车或专用车底盘结构者优先；
4、了解线控底盘技术（线控转向/制动/驱动）者优先；
5、责任心强，具有良好的执行力和跨部门沟通协调能力。


Intelligent Equipment Track
Job Responsibilities

Design, develop and upgrade electrical systems for intelligent equipment.
Conduct R&D work on software and hardware for intelligent equipment control systems.
Provide technical support and service for sales and after-sales teams.
Address problems of product electrical systems fed back from production sites and the market.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics or related fields.
Familiar with electrical hardware design; proficient in drawing electrical schematics using CAD or EPLAN.
Experienced with configuration tools, PLC, CodeSys and other related programming software.
Knowledgeable about common communication protocols: TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, CAN bus, RS232/RS485.
Responsible, careful, with strong organization skills, execution ability and communication skills.
Experience in robot control is preferred.
C# development experience is a plus.

Chassis Track
Job Responsibilities

Take charge of component selection and matching design for the three-electric system (battery, motor, electric control) of new energy special vehicle chassis.
Communicate with chassis suppliers to define technical specifications and interface standards of new energy chassis.
Participate in formulating and implementing technical plans for drive-by-wire chassis upgrading (steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, drive-by-wire).
Cooperate with each product line to complete system integration and commissioning between new energy chassis and upper equipment.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
Understand basic principles of new energy vehicle three-electric systems; familiar with at least one field among battery, motor and vehicle control unit.
Knowledge of commercial vehicle or special vehicle chassis structure is preferred.
Familiarity with drive-by-wire chassis technology (steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, drive-by-wire) is preferred.
