岗位职责
1、协助高招团队推进校园招聘及社招岗位的招聘全流程，覆盖简历筛选、寻访、面试安排及候选人跟进
2、参与高管/技术专家等核心岗位的寻访支持及人才地图整理
3、协助维护招聘数据看板，更新岗位进展及候选人状态
4、支持高招团队其他日常运营工作

任职要求
5、本科及以上在校生，专业不限，人力资源、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先
6、对招聘有浓厚兴趣，未来有意向在HR领域发展
7、沟通主动、学习能力强，具备良好的执行力和抗压能力
8、每周至少工作4天，实习期不少于2个月
