工作职责 Responsibilities：
1. 协助客户处理日常企业秘书服务，包括但不限于文件盖章、文件扫 描、快递安排及企业档案管理。
Assist clients with day-to-day corporate secretarial matters, including document sealing, scanning, courier arrangements, and maintenance of corporate records.
2. 协助办理银行信息变更及相关行政手续，包括银行预留印鉴变更、账户资料更新及银行文件准备等。
Support clients with bank-related administrative matters, including updates to bank signatories, account information changes, and preparation of supporting documentation.
3. 协助办理公司登记信息变更，包括但不限于注册资本变更、法定代表人变更、董事及高级管理人员变更、公司名称变更及其他工商登记事项。
Assist in handling corporate registration changes, including but not limited to changes in registered capital, legal representative, directors and officers, company name, and other registration matters.
4. 协助准备企业秘书文件及法定文件，包括股东决议、董事会决议、授权书及相关公司治理文件。
Assist in the preparation of corporate secretarial and statutory documents, including shareholder resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate governance documents.
5. 协助开展企业合规及尽职调查工作，包括客户资料整理与文件归档。
Support compliance and due diligence processes, including document collection, review, and filing.
6. 负责中英文件翻译及校对工作（中译英、英译中）。
Translate and proofread documents between Chinese and English.
7. 协助项目团队进行市场调研、资料搜集及客户服务相关工作。
Provide support in research, information gathering, and client service-related activities.
8. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by supervisors.

任职要求：
1. 在读本科或以上学历，英语、法律、金融专业尤佳；
2. CET 4、TEM 4或同等水平，良好的英语书面和口头表达能力；
