【Key Responsibilities】
1.Support daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and other SEA marketplaces.
支持Shopee、Lazada及其他东南亚电商平台的日常运营工作。
2.Manage product listings, pricing updates, and content accuracy.
管理产品上架、价格更新及内容准确性。
3.Assist in campaign setup, platform promotions, vouchers, and sales events.
协助活动设置、平台促销、优惠券及大促活动。
4.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
监控库存水平，协调补货相关事宜。
5.Support onboarding and launch activities for new brands.
支持新品牌的入驻及上线启动工作。
6.Handle customer service inquiries, returns, refunds, and marketplace escalations.
处理客户咨询、退货、退款及平台申诉/升级问题。
7.Monitor customer feedback and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
监控客户反馈，并与相关方协作及时解决问题。
8.Prepare sales and operational reports.
准备销售及运营数据报告。
9.Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace partners on operational matters.
与内部团队及电商平台合作伙伴就运营事项进行协调沟通。
10.Perform ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
完成临时项目及交办的其他行政事务。
【Requirements】
1.Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
对电商及平台运营有浓厚兴趣。
2.Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or other SEA marketplaces is preferred.
熟悉Shopee、Lazada或其他东南亚电商平台者优先。
3.Good command of English (spoken and written).
具备良好的英语能力（口语及书面）。
4.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
具备较强的沟通能力、分析能力及问题解决能力。
5.Proficient in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint and any AI tools.
熟练使用Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint及各类AI工具。
6.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

7.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
