Key Responsibilities
? Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
? Identify and source potential candidates for open positions through recruitment platforms.
? Conduct phone interviews for entry-level roles and screen candidates.
? Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
? Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool.
? Collect and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on APAC recruitment activities and trends.
? Support other HR projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
? Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.
? Strong communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities.
? Self-motivated, curious, and eager to proactively learn about Human Resources.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work.
