该岗位后续培养方向为对接东南亚项目，1-2年后会涉及海外出差；
1、 新项目报价阶段，在资深工程师指导下完成新项目工时、设备模具工装清单、开发费报价工作。
In the quotation stage of new program, complete the work of new program labor hour, equipment and tooling list and development fee quotation under the guidance of senior engineer.
2、 新项目数据评审阶段，参与工艺可行性、产品实现成本、投资成本、产能等各方面综合评估。
Participate in the comprehensive evaluation of process feasibility, product cost, investment cost, production capacity in the data review stage of new program.
3、 参与新项目的设备、模具、工装、辅助设备等开发工作，在资深工程师指导下完成相关试制、验收、调试工作。
Participate in the development of equipment, tooling, gages and auxiliary equipment of new program, and complete relevant trial-product, acceptance and debugging work under the guidance of senior engineers
4、 在项目phase1-Phase4阶段，完成各技术文件的编写/更新/归档/上网，及其他关控要求中规定文件。
During phase1-phase4 stage of the program, complete the preparation/update/archive/upload of all technical documents and other documents stipulated in the control requirements.
5、 对新项目各阶段工艺递交文件进行汇总、归档。Summarize and archive the process documents for each stage of the new program.
6、 参与制造过程开发及优化，协助工程师达成报价制造成本目标（制造工时、报废率、工艺消耗、投资成本等），提升产品盈利能力。
Participate in manufacturing process development and optimization, assist engineers to achieve the manufacturing cost targets (manufacturing hours, scrap rate, process consumption, investment cost, etc.), and improve product profitability.
7、 汇总内部制造区域对各设备/模具/操作方法等问题，在资深工程师指导对工装设计任务书模板进行更新和审核。
Summarize the problems of equipment/mold/operation methods in the internal manufacturing area, update and review the tooling design specification template under the guidance of senior engineers.
8、 支持工厂分析、解决疑难问题，为工厂日常工艺管理提供技术支持。
Support the plants to analyze and solve problem, provide technical support of daily process management to plants.
9、参与对新技术新工艺进行推广、应用、总结及传授。
Participate in the promotion, application, summary and tutoring of new technologies and processes.
10、协助工程师完成相关领域的课题研究任务以及工艺改进任务。Assist engineers to complete the tasks of subject research in related area and process improvement.
