【Job Description】

Role Purpose：
Leaders who forge strategic judgment on the global stage, spanning business units and geographies to integrate global resources and drive change. Built for those who aspire to rapidly build a global perspective and lead transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- In-Depth Rotations Across Business Units: Complete three 6-month rotations in different business units, expected to span R&D commercialization, manufacturing, brand retail, and functional support — rapidly building a grasp of each unit's operating model, profit logic, and key challenges.
- Driving Strategic Projects: Participate in or lead cross-business projects such as technology commercialization assessment, market entry strategy, brand growth analysis, and supply chain optimization — applying data analytics and AI tools to support Group decision-making.
- Executive Shadowing Program: Shadow Group executives in key decision-making settings — strategic meetings, client negotiations, and investment reviews — learning their strategic mindset and decision logic, and completing assigned research projects.
- Global Network Building: Build cross-regional, cross-functional networks and become a hub for knowledge flow and resource integration within the Group, with flexibility for postings in China and overseas.

Skills & Competencies
- Full professional fluency in English, able to operate effectively in international work environments.
- Exceptional learning agility, with intellectual curiosity that transcends a single discipline — able to connect manufacturing, technology, sustainability, retail, and enterprise leadership, and to rapidly absorb and apply new knowledge.
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment, able to make sound decisions and drive execution amid ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Outstanding technology acumen — comfortable with AI and digital tools not merely as a user, but as someone who applies them to real business and operating problems.
- Cross-cultural influence and change leadership, with the potential and ambition to become future general managers and enterprise builders — able to build trust, integrate resources, and inspire others through vision.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking — deep interest in technology commercialization, brand growth, or global operations, and the ability to connect business logic with operational realities.
- Global perspective and an entrepreneurial mindset: international exposure or a global outlook. Hands-on, practical, and resilient — able to drive change amid uncertainty, with passion and curiosity for business and technology.
