职位描述

岗位职责：

1.According to the workshop production plan, according to the process requirements of assembly, and control the product quality process, quality and quantity to complete the production task； 根据车间的生产计划，按照工艺要求进行装配，并控制产品的过程品质，保质、保量完成生产任务； 2.Strictly maintain the working environment of the station in accordance with 5S standard to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the working environment; 严格按照5S标准对本工位的作业环境进行维护，保证作业环境的干净、整洁； 3.Carry out the operation according to the instruction document to ensure the product quality; 按照指导文件进行作业，保证产品品质； 4.Operate strictly according to the process flow, implement the process of this position, ensure the process conformance rate index； 严格按照工艺流程进行操作，执行本岗位工艺，保证工艺符合率指标的达成 5.Hazard source identification and feedback in the process of operation, together to complete the elimination of hazard countermeasures 操作过程中的危险源识别与反馈，共同完成危险源的消除对策； 6.Check the tools and equipment at the station in strict accordance with the inspection standards to ensure that the tools and equipment at the station can be used and run normally; 严格按照点检标准对本工位的工具、设备进行点检，保证本工位的工具、设备能够正常使用和运行； 7.Participate in the activities of original price decline, and jointly complete the implementation countermeasures 参与原价递减活动，共同完成实施对策。

岗位要求：

1.College or above; 学历：大专及以上; 2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction; 能够严格根据作业手顺书、作业指导书的顺序、工艺、操作要领完成相关作业； 3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date； 执行力：按照规定步骤实施业务工作，严格遵守完成日期； 4.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently. 团队适应性和学习能力：能快速融入新环境，协调沟通顺利，快速掌握教授知识，技能方法并独立操作。

2018年7月10日，在中德两国政府官员见证下，长城、宝马正式签署合资经营合同，成立合资公司-光束汽车有限公司。项目总投资51亿元，宝马和长城各持股50%，双方将在技术研发、生产制造、品牌建设和管理体系等方面进行深度合作，加快双方的全球化进程和新能源发展步伐。 2019年11月22日，光束汽车生产基地项目已获批，于2020年开工建设，建成后将具备16万辆燃油乘用车出口和纯电动乘用车的研发与制造能力。 2019年11月29日，光束汽车项目在江苏省张家港市正式启动。 2019年12月30日，光束汽车顺利取得营业执照。 2020年6月20日，光束汽车工厂在江苏省张家港市打桩施工，建成后，这座工厂将成为真正满足全球法规和市场要求的标杆工厂。
