We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership team. This role will be based in Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
? Responsible for preparing invoice lists; printing and scanning invoices; registering and deducting VAT special invoices
? Assisted in checking relevant reimbursement supporting documents; filed and organized reimbursement lists; arranged and bound accounting vouchers
? Recorded and reconciled the bank work journal ledger
? Organized the input tax deduction list
? Scanned documents for filing
? Enters issues and tasks to be completed by team and follows up with responsible individuals; escalates issues when appropriate.

What you need to have:
· Accounting, finance or related major
· Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Detail-oriented, and committed to the internship

【岗位职责】
1.负责制作发票清单；打印并扫描发票；登记及抵扣增值税专用发票
2.协助核对相关报销凭证；归档整理报销清单；整理装订会计凭证
3.登记核对银行工作日记账；
4.整理进项税抵扣清单；
5.扫描文件归档

【岗位要求】
1. 财务相关专业优先考虑
2. 掌握Office软件基本操作
3. 细心踏实，做事认真负责
4. 实习时间三个月，每周至少三-四天，要求周三、周四、周五在公司（特殊情况可以居家办公）
5. 无转正机会
