我们正在广东顺德（Guangdong Shunde）招聘制造工程师（Manufacturing Engineer）方向的应届人才。成功入选的候选人将加入本地团队，根据岗位要求参与运营绩效提升、技术执行、数据驱动决策以及持续改进工作。

主要职责（Key Responsibilities）
-支持与岗位相关的制造、工程、数字化、自动化或供应链活动。
-分析数据和运营信息，识别改善机会，并支持有效决策。
-与跨职能团队合作，提升运营绩效并达成业务目标。
-参与流程优化、问题解决以及可持续解决方案的实施。
-清晰地向相关利益方沟通项目进展、发现的问题及改进建议。

任职要求（Requirements）
-工业工程、材料科学、电气工程、机械工程等相关专业本科或硕士学历。
-GPA达到4.0满分体系下的3.0及以上。
-至少拥有6个月与岗位相关的带薪合作教育（Co-op）、实习或同等工作经验。
-具备在中国合法工作的资格，当前及未来均无需公司提供工作签证或工作许可支持。
-能够在指定招聘地点全职现场办公。

Job Description

We are seeking entry-level talent for Manufacturing Engineer opportunities at Guangdong Shunde. The selected candidate will join the local team and contribute to operational performance, technical execution, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement aligned with the requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities
-Support role-specific manufacturing, engineering, digital, automation or supply chain activities.
-Analyze data and operating information to identify improvement opportunities and support effective decisions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and deliver business objectives.
-Participate in process improvement, problem solving and implementation of sustainable solutions.
-Communicate progress, findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in one or more of the listed disciplines: Industrial Engineering;#Material Sciences;#Electrical Engineering;#Mechanical Engineering
-GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
-Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op, internship, or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the role.
-Legal right to work in China without current or future need for company-sponsored work authorization.
-Ability to work full-time and on-site at the designated hiring location.

Preferred Skills
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities including initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.
-Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to become certified.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to work effectively across teams and engage stakeholders to drive project success.
-Demonstrated learning agility and a continuous improvement mindset.
