Support an American based business unit of account executives with management of mission critical administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
为一家总部位于美国的由客户经理组成的业务部门提供支持，协助管理各项关键管理的任务，包括但不限于：

· Maintaining and updating customer design files in the Fictiv ERP and CRM systems, maintaining the order information in Fictiv’s system.
· 在Fictiv的ERP和CRM系统中维护及更新客户设计文件，并在Fictiv系统中维护订单信息。

· Collaborate with US sales team and China Costing & DFM team for the BOM management, file management, communication management etc
· 与美国销售团队以及中国的成本核算与DFM团队协作，负责BOM管理、文件管理、沟通管理等工作。

· Support some programs system management in the whole life cycle.
· 支持各类项目在全生命周期内的系统管理。

· Support some system improvement project, collect the feedback from the engineers and provide that to the production team, follow up the project to the end.
· 支持各类系统改进项目，收集工程师的反馈并将其提供给生产团队，并对项目进行全程跟进。

· Providing customer coverage and quoting support for account executives when they are out of the office or otherwise indisposed.
