工作内容：
Responsibilities:
1. 市场活动执行：协助市场活动的策划、推进与落地，包括但不限于活动方案细化、供应商/场地/物料协调沟通、现场执行及复盘；在不同活动中协助拓展并维护合作资源。
Marketing Event Execution: Assist in planning, advancing, and implementing marketing events, including refining event plans, coordinating with suppliers, venues, and material providers, supporting on-site execution and post-event reviews, and expanding and maintaining partnership resources.
2. 社交媒体运营：协助运营潘通中国官方社媒账号（如微信、微博、小红书、抖音、视频号等），包括但不限于内容排期、选题策划、文案审核、视觉把控、摄影拍摄、视频剪辑及月度复盘。
Social Media Operations: Assist in operating PANTONE China’s official social media accounts, including WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat Channels, covering content scheduling, topic planning, copy review, visual quality control, photography, video editing, and monthly performance reviews.
3. 跨部门项目支持：根据实际需求，协助销售与电商团队推进新品上市、电商活动、展厅活动等。
Cross-functional Project Support: Based on business needs, assist the sales and e-commerce teams with new product launches, e-commerce campaigns, showroom events, and related projects.
4. 日常支持：协助合同、付款、样品管理、数据整理、会议纪要、项目报告等日常事务。
Daily Support: Assist with contracts, payments, sample management, data consolidation, meeting minutes, project reports, and other daily administrative tasks.

我们希望你能具备：
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；市场营销、传播、广告、设计、时尚、艺术等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restriction on major; majors in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Fashion, Arts, or related fields are preferred.
2. 熟悉国内社交媒体生态与玩法，了解当下流行趋势及不同受众的社交需求。
Familiar with China’s social media ecosystem and practices, with an understanding of current trends and the social needs of different audiences.
3. 具有良好的审美，并对潘通以及色彩相关知识有一定认知；对色彩趋势、设计、时尚、家居、印刷、包装等领域有兴趣或了解。
Good aesthetic judgment and a basic understanding of PANTONE and color-related knowledge; interested in or knowledgeable about color trends, design, fashion, home furnishings, printing, packaging, and related fields.
4. 熟练使用办公软件；具备基础平面设计及/或视频剪辑能力者优先（如 Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere、剪映等）。
Proficient in office software; basic graphic design and/or video editing skills are preferred, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and CapCut.
5. 具有良好的中英文书面与口语能力。
Good written and spoken Chinese and English skills.
6. 责任心强，主动细致，具备良好的沟通能力、时间管理能力和多任务处理能力。
Strong sense of responsibility; proactive and detail-oriented, with good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
7. 每周至少到岗实习3天。
