Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and deliver samples

· Oil orders and file documentations

· Market purchases & shipment

· Booking for meeting rooms, drivers, dinner & lunch etc. all other meeting logistics

· Other ad-hoc assigned by director

· Basic knowledge MS Word, Excel and PPT

· Fluent English and Native Mandarin.
