诺诚健华由世界著名结构生物学家施一公教授和生物医药行业卓越的企业管理者崔霁松博士联合创立，现有员工近500人，其中科研人员上百名，核心研发人员来自世界500强企业如辉瑞、葛兰素史克、百时美施贵宝、默克、强生、拜耳等，并拥有多名国家级、省市级人才计划专家。诺诚健华总部位于北京中关村生命科学园，在南京、上海和广州分别设有研发中心、项目管理中心和生产基地，在美国新泽西和波士顿设有分支机构开展商务合作与临床试验管理。
