招聘内容 SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONSThe Project Finance and Corporate Development team is looking for an Analyst to support all team activities with the initial primary responsibility being supporting the financial closings and identifying new financing arrangements for projects in the China. This requires extreme attention to detail when answering lender or investor questions that arise during due diligence as well as excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. In addition, the Project Finance Analyst will need to work closely with different departments across SunEdison to ensure the timely delivery of closing items.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead financial modeling and assist with the structuring of debt and equity Work directly with lenders/underwriters and equity and JV partners to lead solar project financing due diligence and negotiations Develop innovative financing solutions Streamline the financial close out process by working with cross-functional teams Support the sales team on financial analysis of potential projects Review and develop a deep understanding of different transactional documents Learn the intricacies of solar incentives Understand the attributes of different solar technologies to help educate the traditional project finance community on the solar power asset class Evaluate different project finance structures and support corporate objectives Analyze financial results and communicate performance and pricing impacts Foresee potential problems and develop solutions QUALIFICATIONSIdeal candidates will be self-starters that have exceptional analytical capabilities and strong intellectual curiosity. Must be able to learn on the fly and drink from the fire hose. Prior analytical and financial modeling experience is required. Transactional experience is a plus. We are looking for motivated individuals who like to be part of a fast-paced and developing company poised for growth in one of the most rapidly changing industries. Minimum 2-5 years of work experience and prior transactional experience working within project finance, asset-backed finance, M&A, investment banking, real estate, or private equity is a plus Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Desire to work in an a rapidly growing early stage company in the renewable energy field Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred Ability to collaborate across departments within the company and with external advisors to lead project finance diligence and closings Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English Project management and complex financial modeling experience Understanding of accounting and financial statements Ab

Position Summary: SunEdison China DG division is looking for PV Structure Engineers to fuel our expansion. The PV Structure Engineer is responsible for solar system design and documentation. The Structure Engineer will conduct site surveys for PV system design, create AutoCAD drawings for proposed systems, specify materials, and work with project managers to coordinate scheduling and permitting for system installation.
