(“Yanfeng”)with the investment ratio of 80% and Donghua Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. (“Donghua”) with the investment ratio 20%. YFAI is specialized in developing and manufacturing automotive interior parts including cockpit, instrument panels, console, door panels, pillar and other related components as well as providing technical consultation, technical services.
