Shanghai Lianheng Isocyanate Co., Ltd.(SLIC) is a world-class specialty chemicals manufacturer invested by BASF、HUNTSMAN and HUAYI GROUP、GPCC、SCAC，and United Holdings by BASF and HUNTSMAN, our integrated MDI plant located in Shanghai Chemical & Industrial Park (SCIP) can produce 300,000 tons CMDI each year.

随着市场对MDI需求量的增加，联恒投资建设了新的项目。氯化氢催化氧化回收循环利用项目使用亨斯迈技术，兴建一套设计规模为12万吨/年氯化氢催化氧化装置。项目落成后主要产品为：12万吨/年***、6.03万吨/年盐酸（35%）、3360吨/年硫酸（76%）。
Considering the increase demand of MDI from the market, SLIC invest new projects. HCL Recycling Project uses Huntsman technology. We aim to build a 120 ktpa HCL Recycling facility. The main product concludes 120 ktpa chlorine, 60.3 ktpa hydrochloric acid (35%), 3.360 ktpa sulfuric acid (76%).

另外采用巴斯夫技术的MDI扩建项目，新建一套设计规模为24万吨/年的粗MDI装置、一套19.2万吨/年的MDA装置，以及一套18.9万吨/年的***和***化装置。项目建成后，可年产24万吨粗MDI，同时副产12.1万吨的氯化氢和1300吨的甲醇。
MDI Expansion Project uses BASF technology. We aim to build a 240 ktpa CMDI facility, a 192 ktpa MDA facility and a 189 ktpa phosgene and phosgenation facility. The main product is 240 ktpa CMDI. 121 ktpa hydrogen chloride and 1.3 ktpa methanol is by-product.

两个项目的建设，联恒的投资总额增至593003万元人民币，注册资本增至197667.7万元人民币。
With the construction of 2 projects, SLIC total investment is increased to 5.93003 billion RMB and the registered capital is increased to 1.976677 billion RMB.
