岗位职责

1. 为到访申请者提供专业的签证服务，回答申请者签证相关疑问;

2. 为到访申请者预审，整理签证材料，处理和录入签证信息;

3. 通过优化流程和创新来提高客户满意度和客户体验，为团队增值;

4. 根据到访申请者的实际需求， 推介相应的签证申请服务。

5. 接受专业培训;

岗位要求

1. 大专以上学历，语言类或工商管理类专业的在读生或应届毕业生；

2. 具有较强的沟通表达能力并善于聆听；有一定销售经验更佳；

3. 责任心强，有耐心，具备较强的客户服务意识及良好的服务态度；

4. 具备英语基础阅读理解能力，有第二外语基础更佳

5. 注重团队合作或流程化工作经验;

6. 对待工作认真严谨，重视细节，积极性高；

7. 英文打字速度快且准确率高

8. 正式员工或全职实习生（实习期6个月以上）。
