Principal responsibilities
Assist the Relationship Managers in preparing financial analysis and credit proposals and following up related credit documentation to ensure granting and executing credit facilities in a smooth manner
Handle enquiries from both external and internal customers as well as the Bank s referrals for approval of transactions
Compile periodic returns and performance statistics, maintain database for market analysis / research and management report
Liaise with external parties and internal departments for transaction processing and cross-selling of various bank products
Qualifications
Experience in credit system and bills operations
Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
