Description on Business Tax Service Mainland (BTS ML) with Global Delivery Center ("GDC")

GDC BTS ML team supports retained office (RO) to provide tax compliance and relevant advisory services to client. Our services include:
Corporate tax, include General tax compliance and consulting, major focus on tax provision review, EIT annual filing, as well as recurring advisory service, etc.
Business advisory, offering tax advices aligned to client business
International tax and mergers and acquisitions advisory service, include tax due diligence, and relevant acquisition tax advisory.

全球交付中心的大陆企业税务服务简述：

交付中心的BTS大陆服务线协助德勤中国其他成员为客户提供税务合规及相关的咨询服务。具体服务如下：

企业税务服务，包括整体税务合规和咨询服务，主要是税务复核，企业所得税年度汇算清缴，及常规税务咨询；
税务咨询，提供与企业经营相关的税务咨询服务；
国际税收及并购咨询服务，包括税务尽职调查服务，以及并购相关的咨询服务等。
Job Description

1. Responsible for development of To B business.
2. Responsible for exploring and analyzing business needs, and preparing technical and system design plan.
3. Responsible for system design and coding based on the product requirement design.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by engagement team.

工作描述：

1. 负责公司To B业务的服务器端系统研发工作；
2. 深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计；
3. 根据产品需求，进行系统设计和编码。
4. 协助项目组交待的其他事项。

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, computer science or related major,
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, CET 4 and above.
- Have good coding habits, clear structure, standardized naming, strong logic, and low code redundancy;
- A solid Java foundation, familiarity with core technologies such as jvm, caching, distributed architecture, message middleware, solid data structure and algorithm foundation, and familiarity with commonly used design patterns;
- Familiar with open source frameworks such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Mybatis, and JPA;
- Familiar with the principles and operations of at least one relational database such as Oracle and MySQL. Practical experience in NoSQL databases is preferred;
- Familiar with distributed system principles, proficient in more than one service framework and message middleware is preferred;
- Familiar with Python is preferred;
- Familiar with common Internet protocols, such as HTTP, TCP/IP
- Good communication capability, long term commitment for this job, self-motivated and be able to take initiative, willing to settle in Chongqing
- Team work spirits, and can work under pressure
- Need to attend internship first, 4 days and above attendance for one week, good internship performer will be considered for full-time offer
- Internship Period: Dec 2020 Apr 2021

任职要求：

- 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业
- 语言要求：除汉语外，英语四级以上；
-具备良好的编码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低；
-Java基础扎实、熟悉jvm、缓存，分布式架构、消息中间件等核心技术， 数据结构和算法基础扎实，熟悉常用的设计模式；
-熟悉Spring、Spring boot、Spring Cloud、Mybatis、JPA等开源框架；
-熟悉Oracle、MySQL等至少一种关系型数据库的原理和操作. 有NoSQL数据库实操经验者优先；
-熟悉分布式系统原理，熟练掌握一种以上服务框架和消息中间件者优先；
-熟悉Python语言者优先；
-熟悉Internet常用协议，如HTTP、TCP/IP
- 其他综合素质：沟通能力好，表达逻辑通畅，学习动力强，对不熟悉的项目/专业有好奇心并愿意投入时间和精力学习，愿意在重庆长期发展；
- 良好团队合作精神和抗压能力
- 能一周实习4-5个工作日，遵守公司纪律要求，经3-6个月实习后，即可转正。
- 实习周期：2020年12月-2021年4月
