The current requirement is for an experienced associate who may have previous project management experience in any industry, preferably media market research agency

WHO YOU ARE

· Organized and methodical, be able to manage various parts of projects without error

· Proactive in identifying potential problems and creating solutions

· Show ownership, thus, be willing to take charge of large project

· Resourceful in seeking out new networks, partners and vendors

· Great attention to detail

· Outgoing and friendly

· Ability to express well, verbally and in writing, in Mandarin & English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Independently handling & smooth running of multiple projects in China & Asia

2. Creating costing works for proposals, managing adherence to budget and billing cycles

3. Resourcing, coordinating and negotiating with external partners

4. Writing & translating recruitment questionnaires for consumer recruitment

5. Manage logistics and oversee execution of workshops

6. Managing the China team’s time and resources for project planning

7. Project Data management: Collecting and filing project documents

EDUCATION

Completed tertiary education (University/Bachelor’s Degree) from a reputed institution
