工作职责： 1. Participate in the work related to operating analysis, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on macro economy, securities/finance industry, competitors etc.; covering skills of data collection, data mining, research, analytical material drafting, and participating in panel discussion etc.;
协助开展公司运营分析相关各项工作，包括但不限于宏观经济、证券金融行业、竞争对手及公司业务相关研究及分析，主要工作包括资料搜集、数据整理、基础研究与分析、材料撰写、参与专题讨论等；
2. Participate in the work related to management support, including but not limited to preparing for the reports and materials required for internal and external exchanges; assisting in organizing and coordinating comprehensive affairs;
协助参与公司管理支持的相关各项工作，包括但不限于筹备公司内外部沟通所需的报告及材料，协助组织公司综合性事项的综合协调等；
3. Participate in the work related to information disclosure; assist in supporting shareholders and communicating with investors; the main work includes but not limited to information collection, data maintenance, material preparing, etc.
参与公司的信息披露相关工作，协助股东支持以及与投资者的沟通交流，主要工作包括但不限于信息收集、数据维护、材料制作等。 任职资格： - 2022 postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities;
2022年国内外知名院校硕士研究生毕业；
- Economics and Finance majors preferred; combination of Legal or English background would be a plus;
经济、金融相关专业学历，同时兼有法律、英语等复合背景者优先；
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing;
较强的语言组织能力，擅长写作；
- Proficiency in English reading and writing;
精通英语，读写能力优秀；
- Good communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
具备良好的沟通、逻辑思考和解决问题的能力；
- Proactive, responsible, and ability of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure;
工作态度积极、责任心强、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好；
- Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic etc;
熟练掌握Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、Capital IQ、Dealogic等数据库。
