职位描述： Position：Operations SpecialistWork side by side with the traders. Actual execute the deals once agreed upon. The work consists of coordinating all the parties involved in the transaction to ensure the prompt fulfillment of the trade, arranging and monitoring the transportation of the product, having the product inspected, and organizing all the paperwork necessary for suppliers, receivers, shippers, and customs.Position Qualifications：Pro-active with a high energy level and sense of urgency.A self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision to recognize situations with potential liability and take appropriate preventive or mitigating action. Possessing a high level of personal discipline, detail oriented, meticulous and focused on making accurate assessments and producing timely results.Possessing strong communication skills and demonstrating creative problem solving skills through relationship management.Languages: English is office working language.Effective time manager who keeps commitments and consistently meets deadlines.Good communicator, throughout all levels of the company, ship owners/brokers, suppliers and customers.Education: An undergraduate degree in chemicals, maritime logistics, supply chain management, international trading or related discipline is required.
