？收集和综合有关公司、行业和政府的财务和运营信息

？协助撰写并购及投融资项目相关的公司和行业调查报告，翻译和撰写项目相关文件，创建和更新财务模型

？收集市场数据，分析行业趋势和协助交易评估 ？参加团队讨论和客户会议，会议纪要及进行部分文稿演示

申请资格：

？经济/会计/金融/法律等相关专业背景本科及以上学历，英语流利

？具有投行、PE/VC、咨询公司等相关行业实习经验 ？了解估值方法和应用，具有良好的财务和计算机技能

？较强的分析能力，优秀的口头和书面沟通能力及团队协作能力
