Being a Technical Management Trainee in Nestlé, you will have:
1. 2-year Job rotation in Headoffice and different factories to gain diversified exposure, business insight, knowledge and hands-on experience in Technical Functions and factories.
2. Participation in special projects / assignments under the mentorship of senior managers.
3. Opportunities to unleash potential and develop expertise in specific functions / departments, e. g. Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Application, Safety, Packaging Services, Strategic Operations. etc.

Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills;
2. A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, passionate to learn & to win;
3. A quick learner who likes challenges and is able to perform under pressure;
4. A can-do attitude, mature, self-motivated & energetic;
5. Analytical & result-oriented;
6. Full-time fresh graduates with Master's degree（Mechanical Engineering &Electrical Engineering & Automation Engineering）;
7. Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese;
