工作职责:
1.Reasonable manpower arrangement ensures the good operation of the site work
2.Follow up the processing progress of various anomalies on site to ensure the timeliness of anomaly processing
3.Maintain the stability of QC personnel continuously reduce the turnover rate and ensure that QC manpower meets production needs
4.Multi-post skills training and supplement to ensure that each post has sufficient manpower to meet the needs of production capacity
5.Supervise the work of QC executive, ensure the execution of accurate and true standards, and correct the problems in the execution of work in time
6.Ensure the timeliness of the two-way transmission of all kinds of information and ensure the smooth communication of all kinds of information
7.Continuously optimize the work flow of the site, improve QC work efficiency
任职资格:
1.bachelor degree or above
2.Adapt to 12-hour working hours
