岗位职责：
1、 协助上级开展相关招聘工作，共同推动项目的执行进度；
2、 依据岗位招聘要求，定向筛选合适简历；
3、 收集候选人的职业发展需求，并向候选人介绍、推荐合适岗位；
4、 不定期将与候选人沟通信息反馈给上级，并向上级推荐合适人才；
5、 协助上级跟进项目进程，如招聘专场。
任职条件：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、每周可至少出勤3-5天；
3、做事认真细致，有良好的职业素养；
4、有意向往人力资源方向发展者；
5、需可实习至少3个月以上。
其他：
1、 薪酬：136元/天，如遇特殊情况需加班的，加班费17元/小时；
2、 上班时间：周一至周五9:30-18:30，午休1.5小时，周末双休；
