GONVVAMA is a JV between VAMA and Gonvarri with 50% to 50% share partition. GONVVAMA is benefiting of the expertise of Gonvarri and ArcelorMittal & Hunan Steel through VAMA.
Headquartered at Changshu, GONVVAMA sets up 4 Advanced Technology & Solution Centers in Shenyang, Changshu, Chongqing and Loudi, covering the major automotive clusters in China. As a downstream solution provider for automotive steel, GONVVAMA is integrated into the supply chain of VAMA as one channel to the clients, specialized in monolithic and laser welded parts in steel for hot-stamping applications, VHSS/AHSS and exposed panels. And GONVVAMA is dedicated in providing advanced lightweight solutions and technical services to automotive customers.
