1.解答玩家在游戏过程中遇到的各类问题；
2.及时反馈和处理游戏异常状况，并与玩家做好沟通；
3.监控游戏运行状态，维护游戏世界的正常秩序；
4.收集反馈游戏测试及BUG信息，对产品提出改进建议。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上在校生，热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经验；
2.服务意识良好，能耐心解决并跟进玩家反馈；
3.工作积极主动，踏实稳重；
