Job Responsibilities:
1. Data Support: Coordinate Vendor & SKU data collection, validation, processing and maintenance, between Surity our Vendors & Clients. Ensuring data is accurate, complete, submitted on time and updated to date. This includes system set-up data, through to AWCL’s , online content and contract data maintenance. Implement and run reports of shipments, sales and etc. as assigned.
2. Administrative Support: Coordinate Buying Trip Itineraries & travel planning. Attend/support trips where required.
3. Project Support: Maintain CPA’s & Project Trackers to ensure project status is accurately recorded & reported. Project execution for assigned projects following SOP.
4. Teamwork: Build & maintain strong collaborative relationships within the Triangle Team, and where appropriate, with our Clients & Vendors. Keep triangle team informed and aligned on project & order status.
5. Sample Management: Administer incoming & outgoing samples, ensuring they are received to plan, processes and when required, submitted to Clients. Ensure samples are properly located and displayed, either in the Showroom, or storage.

Requirements:
- Good written & verbal language skills and communication skills;
- Organized, analytical & strong attention to detail. Ability to grasp process, with a strong appreciation of the importance of data accuracy.
- Collaborative – works well with others & builds positive relationships.
