2024 Dow Digital Intern Program
Schedule:
- Minimal attendance: 2-3 days a week for 2- 3 months or longer, with some flexibility allowed in consideration for the student’s needs and study priorities.

About Dow Digital Intern Program
The Dow Digital Intern Program is a flexible and immersive workplace development program for students who are interested in solving real business cases with digital technologies. The program gives students a chance to experience real-life workplace challenges by embedding each apprentice under a fully functioning IT team. To maximize learning and engagement in the workplace, each apprentice will be assigned with a mentor and a team leader who will provide regular mentoring and supervision to help them succeed in their tasks and get the most out of the program.

Who we look for?
- Students from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) related disciplines
- Passion and enthusiasm for Information & Digital Technology
- Willingness to work in a global team environment
- High degree of initiative – ready to work, ready to invent
- Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English, orally and written
- Able to commit to the program’s time commitment (2-3 days a week for 2- 3 months or longer)
IT Technical skills are not a necessity to join us – training and coaching will be provided to help you achieve a meaningful and fruitful experience in this program.

陶氏数字化实习生发展计划是一项灵活和沉浸式的学生发展计划，适用于有兴趣了解企业信息技术部门及获得相关技能的同学。该计划通过将每一个实习生纳入一个功能齐全的IT团队，从而能够使其切身体会到工作中的种种挑战。为了***限度地提高实习生在工作中学习效率和参与度，该计划会为每一个实习生分配一名导师和团队负责人。他们将提供定期的指导和监督，以帮助实习生们成功完成任务并从计划中获得收获。
