Internship Opportunity: E-commerce Operations Support

Job Highlights

1. We are on the lookout for proactive and enthusiastic interns to join our team. You will be providing invaluable support to both the Cross-border E-commerce Operation Assistant and the Operation Manager.
2. Interns will gain hands-on experience in data processing, order and product management, and logistics coordination within a vibrant international business setting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day operational tasks under the mentorship of the Operation Manager and Operation Assistant.
2. Assist in the compilation and analysis of operational data to bolster business strategy development.
3. Engage in the management of product listings, optimization of product pages, and support the execution of marketing campaigns.
4. Help coordinate logistics and shipping processes to ensure smooth operations.
5. Familiarize with and utilize information systems of Amazon, Walmart, and the company's ERP system, focusing on operability and functionality in support of business operations.

Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, international trade, or e-commerce.
2. Strong English fluency in both reading and writing is essential.
3. A robust interest in the intricacies and functionality of international e-commerce platforms is key.
4. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency for data processing and analytics; Python knowledge is a plus.

Compensation and Perks
1. Mode: A full-time internship, 5 working days per week, excluding national statutory holidays.
2. Duration: The internship lasts for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months to 1 year based on performance.
3. Insurance: Full commercial accident insurance coverage will be provided throughout the internship.
4. Compensation: A daily stipend of RMB 200, calculated based on actual working days.
5. Additional Stipend: discretionary performance based fees will be awarded on a monthly basis for excellent performance and no absences during the internship.
6. Long-term Internship: For internships exceeding three months, the company will from the fourth month onward provide supplementary medical insurance, and the intern will enjoy paid national statutory holidays during this period.
