岗位职责：
1.日常化学合成实验操作，如实验装置准备、实施和完成化学反应；
2. 根据材料特性或新产品开发要求进行性能分析、测试和调查；
3. 支持完成产品小试、中试和工艺优化；
4. 详细准确记录实验结果并及时归档；
5. 确保负责的项目按照进度要求、既定标准来完成；
6. 按照项目负责人的要求协助完成相关研发项目所需要的文献检索等工作；
7. 负责实验品样品的管理和与公司内外关联方的样品交付；
8. 按照公司HSE准则要求执行相关操作。

任职要求：
1. 化学、化工类专业背景，有机化学或合成方向为佳；
2. 能严格遵守公司HSE规则 ；
3. 英语至少能够具备扎实阅读和写作的能力；
4. 能够适应实验室和工厂的工作环境；
