Your responsibilities:
*
You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
*
Your role will include HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.
*
You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation
(CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).
*
You will support employee file archiving.
*
You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
*
You will support special leave quota generation in time system.
*

Your background:
*
A bachelor’s degree and above.
*
Handson experience in word, excel, PowerPoint.
*
Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
*
You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
*
Good teamwork and service awareness.
*
Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
*
