We are looking for Field management trainees to join us who will be interested in field technology to be professional or managerial role. We’ll provide you boundless developing chances, look forward to your joining and build a better OTIS together with us.

岗位职责：

维保管理：
技术支持：理解并严格遵守现场安全规范
支持日常保养及处理电梯排除召修故障
协助电梯的整改工作
内容协作：协助安全和质量部门完成电梯检查，协助销售人员进行工地拜访；
报告记录：提交保养/维修报告，并及时上报关键问题。
外部沟通：遵守卓越服务政策
与客户保持沟通及时解决问题
遵守并执行商业道德

现场管理：
维修保养：保养计划制定，协调处理召修及维保工作；
客户关系：关注客户，及时处理客诉，逐步提升客户满意度；
维保效率：理解并严格遵守现场安全规范
合理安排维保工作，逐步提升维保团队工作效率
审核维保工作，保证保质保量完成任务
维保团队的安全、质量、技术等培训支持
业务拓展：协助分工业务拓展工作；
团队发展：关注维保团队员工技能提升和职业发展。

资质要求：
学历：本科以上学历，机电、机械、自动化及相关专业
语言：阅读英文资料，可以用英文简单口语沟通
适应性强，有责任心，较强的主动服务意识，擅于沟通和团队合作
有较好的抗压能力，能适应全国出差
