About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned RAN delivery related projects securing that project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

What you will do
-Lead project which RAN delivering or local customer adaption of other Ericsson products to our customer
-Adapt Ericsson service delivery framework, you will drive establish the project plan baseline：Define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
-Drive end to end project execution: track project activities, handle changes and critical issues
-Handle customer and internal partner: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events. Interact with internal partners to secure the project archive finial goal
-Handle project finance, ensure financial system monitoring
-Develop the CPM field, simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

You will bring
-Minimum Bachelor Degree
-Good English skills
-Related project coordinator experience
-Good communication skill, and negotiation, persuading & influencing skills
-Business understanding, customer and market insight
-Financial acumen and analysis skills
Additional Requirements:
-Project management and agile certifications＇ holder: i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSP
