Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Director, Talent Management & HARMAN University
Working Location: Shanghai
Essential Responsibilities:
? Cooperate with Talent Management team to understand people management projects and learning and development projects, and participate in the implementation under supervision;
? Provide support to training vendor management, including data collection, verification and consolidation, vender creation in Ariba system;
? Support learning activities, including venue preparing, layout setting up, onsite administration support during the training day professionally;
? Support manages and analysis Learning data, include training records, training feedback results and other training data consolidations;
? Assist in completing Leaning and development monthly reports;
? Support leaning service procurement procedure, including PO Issue, payment and follow up;
? Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or Administration;
? Fluent English in speaking & writing;
? Available for 3 days a week, strong analytical skills, and sense of accountability;
? Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasks, and good team player;
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 公司简要介绍：
