岗位职责:

- 零售卖场拜访，促销员管理，售前售后支持，陈列调整等日常工作；
- 负责协调经销商与公司各职能部门相关事宜：费用确认、产品资料信息提供；
- 渠道日常零售管理，组织培训，促销执行，监督，考核，对零售目标负责；
- 渠道价格合规管理；
- 从Sell out 结果提高订单，提高订单准确率；
- 收集竞品和竞店以及终端市场的门店的销售情况；
- 协助KA经理及销售支持部门确认应收账款，退换货管理，配送管理等其他工作。

任职要求:

- 从事过中高端零售渠道相关工作经验者优先；
- 大专以上学历；
- 熟练运用办公软件；
- 具有良好的沟通，组织协调，分析和解决问题的能力；
- 工作严谨，坦诚正直，工作计划性和执行力强，具有较强的责任心；

KPI:

- 主要终端门店的销售指标达成；
- 终端门店的日常陈列管理和人员沟通管理；
