Job Title: Customer Services Agent

Location: Shenzhen Airport

Position Type: Full-time

Job Description:

1) As a member of the SIA Shenzhen team, this role is fundamental to ensuring the seamless operation and delivery of world-class customer services at the airport.

2) This position entails engaging in passenger services, supervising service partners, overseeing airport operational activities, liaising with various authorities, and performing administrative duties, with a primary focus on key operational areas such as check-in counter, boarding gate, aircraft side, baggage and cargo areas.

3) Staff may also be assigned specific responsibilities within station operations, including areas such as catering, baggage handling, or administrative duties etc.

4) Administration

a) Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain an organized filing system for flights and daily operations.

b) Manage and follow up on passenger inquiries, feedback, and claims from diverse channels.

c) Utilize digital tools to produce reports and statistics, guiding operations towards desired outcomes.

d) Conduct investigations into service and operational discrepancies and lapses to determine and implement necessary follow-up actions.

Requirements:

1) Flexible to work on roster, including night shifts at Shenzhen airport, and available on-call for emergencies or critical situations such as flight delays, diversion, or crises

2) Bachelor s degree and above

3) Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (CET 6 or above)

4) IT savvy, with familiarity in essential office applications such as MS Office 365

5) Adept at customer interaction with customer-centric approach and effective communication skills

6) Strong critical thinking skills for situation assessment, solution development and decision-making

7) Able to oversee and guide service partners in accomplishing work objective

8) Capable of handling delicate scenarios with airport authorities

9) Disciplined, hardworking, and a strong team player, able to work in high stress environments

10) Aviation or customer service-related experience preferred
