工作职责:

1. 预售
1)与销售团队紧密合作，支持客户进行新产品的切换、测试、培训和推广。与销售一起完成新客户引进。
2)从运营角度跟进项目。

2. 打样
1)配色和专色配方的创造，以满足客户的要求。
2)指导实验室产品的性能验证，协助车间新产品的生产和工艺控制。
3)根据客户产品应用要求，制定质量控制参数标准，并协助进行质量控制。
4)优化、指导和推广产品应用。
5)配合技术研发团队完成新产品的上市，试制/现场测试和提升计划，并在需要时提出产品改进计划。

3. 技术服务
1)支持事业部销售/技术战略和目标。
2)持续从技术角度关注当地市场和竞争对手的动态，并提供有效的建议，以响应市场和客户的需求。
3)针对应用和解决方案提供高效的客户技术支持。与应用技术团队、销售团队和研发团队合作，根据客户需求提供应用建议和技术解决方案。
4)在线解决问题。处理客户投诉并解决客户现场的质量问题，以尽量减少对公司业务的财务影响。
5)支持内部和外部技术讨论，产品培训和产品推广。

4. 其它
1)根据要求高效、及时地提交技术应用相关报告: 月报、拜访报告和其它分配的工作报告。
2)在日常工作中使用数字化工作工具，如Sales Funnel, ink -portal, SAP, office 365等。

任职要求:

1.化学化工相关专业本科以上学历。
2.2024届本科应届毕业生（2023届毕业生亦可考虑）。
3.良好的英语读写能力，英语四级或以上。
4.良好的沟通和解决问题的能力和团队合作精神。
5.良好的电脑办公技能(word/excel/ppt)。
