岗位职责：

1.通过电话，电邮以及实时通讯等工具解答客户关于信用卡，一般银行服务，个人网上理财，付款等相关业务的咨询和处理；

2. 发掘客人需求，将合适客户的产品及服务推荐给客人，能够达到预期效果；

3. 根据情况提出合理方案，务求为客户解决疑难，令客户满意，提供高质量服务。

岗位要求：

1. 良好的客户服务意识并愿意从事客户服务工作；

2. 粤语流利，思路清晰，语言表达能力强，擅于沟通；

3. 良好的团队合作精神；

4. 具备一定的英语沟通及读写能力，能接受轮班安排优先考虑。
