1.Obey the work arrangement, obtain the work certificate of related skills on the site, conduct relevant training and audit on the site;
2.Work with TTT Team to establish and maintain training materials for each project or key position;
3.Participate in the production site quality problem analysis, engineering change (change of process documents), process improvement, hidden quality trouble and other processes, improve these processes, update the training materials of relevant skills/positions, and organize training;
4.Organize skill audit for operators;
5.Develop effective training programs and plans according to the needs of the production, organize theoretical training for trainees and coordinate audit;
6.Apply for armbands according to site requirements and training records;
7.Inform site staff for periodic audit;
