每年，NI 都会聘请世界各地优秀的学生在软件和硬件工程、销售、营销等领域进行实习和全职工作。我们一直在寻找具有技术和工程热情的聪明、积极和行动导向的人来填补实习和全职职位。

工程师实习生计划面向大三及以上在校学生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期4个月以上的项目实践机会。实习生将接受为期1个月的针对新技术的软硬件平台的专门培训，之后将根据需求完成射频、FPGA 或电子研究和验证应用领域的项目开发和验证工作，通过专业的工程技能确保团队和客户成功。

岗位职责

1.根据行业应用，在Mentor的指导下参与项目实践，基于NI硬件平台进行软件，算法开发，满足客户需求；

2. 协助创新实验室管理和日常维护，配合销售、市场同事，为客户提供方案技术讲解、产品演示，帮助客户成功；

3. 配合优化现有解决方案，完善相关文档，实现NI和客户共赢；

4. 探索新型测试测量方法及演进方向，提高产品竞争力；

任职资格

1. 大三及以上在校学生，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业；

2. 每周可实习3天（含）以上，可实习4个月（含）以上；

3. 熟悉至少一种编程语言，包括C/C#/LabVIEW/Python等；

4. 熟悉通用测试仪器仪表（包括但不限于电源、示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪、信号发生器、万用表等台式仪表或PXI模块）的使用与控制；

5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力；

加分项

1. 熟悉NI软件或硬件平台，包括LabVIEW、TestStand、VeriStand、PXI等；

2. 参加过大学生专业相关比赛且有获奖经历的优先考虑；
