岗位职责：
1. 基本的招聘渠道维护/简历筛选&推荐/面试安排及跟进；
2. 负责员工入职离职手续，员工档案的整理及维护；
3. 按照培训计划，协助组织及跟进培训实施；
4. 负责员工考勤相关事宜，如，异常考勤处理，月度考勤报表制作等；
5. 协助进行公司活动的组织及安排；
6. 协助其他人力资源相关工作。


任职要求：
1. 在校生或2022年本科应届生，人力资源/心理学/英语等相关专业优先；
2. 良好的英语听说读写能力优先；
3. 良好的office相关软件运用技能。
